Achievements
- Introduced a programme and project management system and an informal help desk for end users and, through improvements in health and safety and customer relations, developed a high level of trust with the client. This proved valuable when the MoD decided to introduce new and improved estate management structures, such as Prime Contracting and its requirement for a fundamentally different approach to estate procurement built on a longer-term and more co-operative relationship with the private sector

- In addition to the Discrete Works Programme of new works provided each year, Interserve now provides capital works as a single source of support to the MoD
- Key to the military support function is the effective maintenance of the bulk fuel storage and aircraft re-fuelling facilities and essential operational maintenance of the Aeronautical Ground Lighting
- In 2006 Interserve constructed a £1m Fuel Bowser Park and a Hazardous Waste Compound (£500k)
- In 2007 Interserve constructed a Service Family Accommodation estate of 12 No: houses on MPA (£3m) with the first occupant receiving congratulations from Interserve CEO and the Commander British Forces South Atlantic
