This is a Design, Build, Operate contract for an Immigration Detention Centre, which was an ultra fast-track, modular construction project. Works were successfully completed in an overall period of just forty-two weeks.

The establishment comprises a judicial Hearing Centre, Visitors Reception Centre, a three-storey Administration Building and an Accommodation Building for 550 people.

Facilities for a population mix of male, female and family communities include medical and healthcare facilities, association areas, dinning, medical, educational and recreational zones together with a world faith centre.

Construction of the buildings comprised pre-fabricated modular units, blockwork clad with a steel truss, metal clad roofing system with high levels of acoustic treatment to provide a pleasant, non-threatening environment for the detainees.
