Achievements

  • Won Heart of Stafford Gold Award for our nutritious and healthy menus, high standards of kitchen hygiene and staff hygiene training, a recognition by Stafford Borough Council.
  • The contract was mobilised over a nine week period, with 87 employees being TUPE transferred. A consistent culture has been implemented across the contract, with every member of staff being site inducted in health and safety and given appropriate training to support their job roles.
  • Implemented the CAFMX management system, which manages all planned preventative maintenance; reactive work requests; asset maintenance, reports and billing processes. The system ensures that all works are completed effectively, to time and within budget, while it assists with the analysis and evaluation of time and task management to improve efficiencies and standards.
  • Implemented our mobile audit processing system (MAPS) - a paperless audit trail that utilises up-to-date tablet PC technology combined with real time photographic and written evidence with electronic signatures from both Interserve and AREVA representatives.
  • Improved service quality through a new dedicated helpdesk, answering 350 calls per month.
  • Excellent cleaning standards across the site by investing in road sweeper and jet washing machinery.
  • Catering has seen a 33 per cent increase in meals served, with subsidies reduced by 40 per cent with a target of zero to be achieved over the life of the contract, supported by AREVA.
  • Issued portable handheld devices with improved voice and data communication to all management, supervision and maintenance operatives and helped to ensure regular and consistent communication and improved service levels for AREVA. These devices are seamlessly integrated into both the MAPS and CAFMX systems.
