Interserve provides total facilities management services at BAE Systems, Brough, home of the Hawk Fast Trainer Jet, the world’s most capable and cost-effective fast jet trainer.
Services include catering, cleaning, building and estate management and maintenance, administration, help desk, laundry and clinical waste management.
The excellent working relationship Interserve has established with BAE Systems has been due in no small part to the approach and investment made to improve the standard of catering, including the restaurant appearance and menu choice. This area has shown marked improvement, positive feedback and greater use by employees. Interserve also supports the surrounding community by using local bakeries, meat and vegetable suppliers.
Our cross site team structure and enhanced management systems have also minimised downtime, optimised resources and improved logistical support for the efficient and most cost effective supply of materials and spare parts.
