Al Gurg Tower 1, Dubai
The project involved an 18-storey commercial office tower with a four-level underground car park.
The building included five lift shafts, two fire escape staircases and an external curved curtain wall façade with book matched Brazilian granite cladding. Raised access floors were installed in all office areas and high quality marble finishes were used throughout the common areas. A bespoke fit-out was undertaken on the top three floors to provide corporate offices for the owners.
