WESTONE Office Refurbishment and Extension, Leeds
The renovation of the 11-storey former BT Telecom House in Leeds city centre into state-of-the art office accommodation renamed as 'WESTONE'.
The project involved the complete refurbishment of the office accommodation into flexible open plan suites with high quality finishes throughout.
Works comprised the installation of new ceilings and raised floors, the installation of airconditioning and the upgrade of mechanical and electrical services, new flooring and decoration.
A basement area shower was installed for use by office personnel, who cycle into the city centre office.
Toilets received a full strip out and installation of new modern sanitary ware. Lift lobbies and common areas were fully refurbished. Secondary glazing was fitted to the 10th floor, which was formerly a canteen area.
