Belgrade Plaza, a landmark development of retail premises, commercial offices, hotel and leisure accommodation, is part of a regeneration project at the heart of Coventry city centre. 

Interserve’s formwork and falsework business, RMD Kwikform, worked closely with the developer’s subcontractors, who wanted a rapid falsework system that enabled them to construct a variety of different height floors ranging from 3m to 6m. Alshor Plus met our client’s needs; its light weight, user-friendly system offers a unique striking mechanism to enable rapid re-use of equipment.

Achievements

  • Speed of delivery – Using Alshor Plus ensured unique flexibility and quick completion of slab areas. This allowed other trades to carry out their tasks without being delayed by the erection and dismantling of falsework.
  • Excellent service – The client congratulated the whole team from our salesman to our designers and the on site service team. Our strong relationship with the customer was supported by our dedicated customer services representative, who monitored the progress of the project and ensured strict timescales were met.
