Distribution warehouse and offices, Sherwood Park
Interserve designed and built a 22,708 sq m new production, office and distribution warehouse facility on the Nottinghamshire Enterprise Zone at Sherwood Park.
Newstead Court, Sherwood Park
We have designed and constructed a series of office buildings for Highbridge Properties at Sherwood Park, including two office buildings of two and three storeys each totaling a floor area of 13,586 sq m.
BT estate refurbishment
Interserve provided a ‘one stop shop’ turnkey solution reporting direct to BT for the delivery of all its priority sites on the new 21st Century Network.
Bruntwood Estates Ltd
The renovation of the 11-storey former BT Telecom House in Leeds city centre into state-of-the art office accommodation renamed as 'WESTONE'.

Sainsbury's
All 16 of Sainsbury’s flagship stores are included in the 439 stores covered by Interserve’s contract to provide integrated cleaning services – a contract that has endured since 2000 and grown steadily ever since.
Areva T & D, Stafford
In May 2006, Interserve was awarded a £6m facilities services contract for AREVA T&D’s three sites in Staffordshire, covering more than 52 acres and a total floor area of 645,289 square feet.
