Olivia* is a lovely 86 year old lady who lives in a detached house in Sussex. Suffering from a multitude of illnesses and injuries, including Dementia, Alzheimers and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), living alone had become very difficult for her.
At 90 years old, Pamela* was informed she had a life limiting illness following an admission into hospital with a chest infection. Whilst in hospital, Pamela was given a prognosis of only weeks to live. She was discharged by the hospital and a live‐in care package was put in place.
Sarah* is a 3 year old girl who was born prematurely at 26 weeks. She suffers bronchopulmonary dysplasia, has an upper airway obstruction, severe lung disease and gastro oesophageal reflux.
Sam* is a 92 year old gentleman who lives with his son and daughter-in-law. He is fit and healthy but does suffer with age related conditions, such as stiffness in his joints.
Bethlem Royal Hospital medium secure unit
Delivered under the ProCure21 framework for South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Interserve's design and construction of this 89-bed medium secure unit formed part of a larger scheme, which included a similar unit at Lambeth Hospital.

Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle
The Cumberland Infirmary was the first major district general hospital to be completed under the Government's Private Finance Initiative, between Cumberland Hospital NHS Trust (now North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust) and Healthcare Managerial Group (HMG) - a consortium comprising of Interserve, Amec and the Bank of Scotland.
