Cornwall County Council
The Cornwall Schools project consisted of interim services being operational on all the schools involved whilst an extensive programme of refurbishment to 15 Primary Schools was rolled out in a series of phases over three years.
Devon County Council
The framework, which started in 2003, has delivered a number of quality projects in primary schools and colleges throughout the county of Devon, comprising new build, major refurbishment and extensive improvements.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council
This four-year capital works construction framework is for schemes up to £0.5m (one of five suppliers) and schemes over £2m (one of two suppliers) and includes the following services:
Leeds City Council
Interserve was instrumental in the redesign and refurbishment of this major public entrance and exhibition area to the ground floor Portland Crescent entrance to the east wing of Leeds Civic Hall (Grade 2 Listed).
Leicestershire County Council
Following the completion of the Special Schools Framework, we were appointed by Leicestershire as Framework Partner for their Tier 2 Framework.
Lichfield District Council
Following the successful completion of the Burntwood Leisure Centre for Lichfield District Council, Interserve was awarded the prestigious project for the construction of a state-of-the-art new theatre in Lichfield.
London Borough of Croydon
In July 2006, Interserve won one of the first of a new breed of integrated total facilities management partnerships with the London Borough of Croydon, designed to use the facilities portfolio as an enabler for change and improvement.
Nottinghamshire County Council
In 2006, Interserve was appointed as Framework contractor for the Nottinghamshire County Council Framework, where we have now been awarded around £40m worth of schemes for Education, Social services, Highway maintenance depots, Libraries and Offices.
Plymouth City Council
Client: Riverside Community Primary School, St Budeaux, Plymouth
Interserve built the new 420-pupil Riverside Community Primary School, at St Budeaux, Plymouth under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI). Work started in February 2007 and was completed on time 12 months later.
Portsmouth City Council
This project, under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme, involved the design, construction, finance and operation of one residential and two day care centres for adults with learning difficulties; and the maintenance of a further three care centres for 30 years.
