Sheffield City regeneration

Over the last 20 years, Sheffield has undergone a startling metamorphosis through a programme of regeneration orchestrated by the forward thinking City Council and Interserve has made a significant contribution to the changing face of the city.

Sandwell College

The new Central Campus, a striking landmark at the heart of West Bromwich in the West Midlands, provides an attractive, adaptable and sustainable learning environment for up to 10,000 students.

Slough Borough Council

In November 2001, the Council selected Interserve to deliver buildings maintenance and repair services to around 6,500 council homes, 1,000 leaseholders and more than 70 council-owned buildings.

South Atlantic Infrastructure Support Provider

Interserve is Infrastructure Support Provider for the Falkland Islands and Ascension Island, supporting the most complex operational RAF Airbase, in extreme climatic conditions, located some 8,000 miles from UK support functions.

South East Regional Prime

Interserve joint venture, PriDE, provides estate management and construction services at 106 locations in London and South East England, covering over 6,000 buildings and facilities including RAF High Wycombe, RAF Northolt, RMA Sandhurst, Horse Guards, Buckingham Palace, St James Palace, Cavalry Barracks and DMRC Headley Court – a state-of-the-art rehabilitation complex for injured service personnel.

South West College, Omagh Campus

The aim of the project was to deliver a new modern Further Education College for the community of Omagh.

St. Stephen’s development, Hull

The St. Stephen’s development in Hull, a vast £160-million mixed use retail scheme, has used Interserve’s Airodek and Alshor Plus equipment to create a 52,000 sq m city centre shopping complex.

Technium 2, Swansea

Technium 2 in Port Tawe, Swansea, designed for the Welsh Development Agency (WDA) to BREEAM Excellent standard, is an iconic landmark at the city entrance. Interserve was chosen due to its comprehensive service in Wales.
