Interserve’s 90-week programme, awarded by Thornfield Properties Plc, involved extensive demolition and asbestos removal works and significant ground remediation. The existing major services had to be diverted and a substantial remodelling exercise of the main arterial roundabout in Chesterfield was carried out.

Interserve has been a key player in the construction of two of the world's most prestigious shopping malls in Dubai, UAE; Mall of the Emirates; and Dubai Mall.
Homebase
Interserve's long standing commitment to provide Homebase with a fully tailored cleaning service model was recently rewarded with a new three year agreement, to provide contract cleaning services across all Homebase's 350 stores in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
John Lewis Partnership
Interserve has been working with the John Lewis Partnership (JLP), as a preferred shop fitter, for the last 20 years. PRUPIM
In 2006 Interserve and PRUPIM established a groundbreaking convergence partnership, where both partners work together to manage and deliver facilities and retail services to 11 major shopping centres across the UK.
Rokeby Developments Northern Limited
Interserve undertook the construction of Homebase and Halfords retail shops, located in Northallerton, as well as the design and build of a two-storey retail and commercial development in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, on behalf of Rokeby Developments Northern Limited.
