All 16 of Sainsbury’s flagship stores are included in the 439 stores covered by Interserve’s contract to provide integrated cleaning services – a contract that has endured since 2000 and grown steadily ever since.
Silverburn
Silverburn, located in Pollock, just south of Glasgow, is one of the UK's largest out-of-town retail destinations, stretching over 1 million sq ft and employing 2500 people.
Teesside Shopping Park
Interserve's involvement at the Teesside Shopping Park in Stockton-on-Tees has included various landlord fit-outs, refurbishments, new builds, extensions and civils projects in the live retail environment since 1996.
Thomas Cook
Interserve worked with Thomas Cook over a period of three years to refurbish and rebrand 501 of their stores, taking the branches from the original ‘red’ branding through to ‘blue’ and has also been involved in a number of projects including fitting-out of Thomas Cook foreign exchange bureaux at Heathrow airport’s Terminal 5 (T5).
