Employee engagement
Engaging our people and involving everyone in the decisions we make and direction we take is an important part of our business.
We believe everyone should feel valued and we help achieve this through our performance management process, employee recognition schemes and by offering opportunities to develop skills.
We get valuable feedback from employees by conducting a group-wide employee survey at least every 24 months. This provides vital information about how committed our people are, whether we are motivating them, what they think of our leadership, benefits and performance management. The results are fed into our business plans so improvements can be implemented.
