It is important that individuals throughout all of Interserve’s operations retain a set of core values and approaches to the process of doing business. The reputation of the Group and the trust and confidence of those with whom it deals are among its most vital resources. The protection of these is of fundamental importance and is championed by Adrian Ringrose, Chief Executive.

We demand and maintain high ethical standards in carrying out our business activities. We tolerate no form of corrupt practice and consider harassment of any employee for any reason to be unacceptable. To support an open and honest operating environment, Interserve has a whistle-blowing policy and procedure.

We have recently created a new Business Practices policy which takes our previous Ethics policy further. It includes our principles of business conduct and rules governing how our people should behave.
