Les joined Interserve as a non-executive director in October 2005. He is a non-executive director at both Avis Europe and F&C Global Smaller Companies and is a Trustee of Sustrans Ltd. He has previously held the post of Group Finance Director at De La Rue, Inchcape and Prudential. He was born in January 1952.
