Change of name to Interserve Plc

Tilbury Douglas Plc is pleased to announce that today, an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders approved, as a Special Resolution, the change of the Company name to Interserve Plc,

and as Ordinary Resolutions changes to the Rules of the Share Option Plan and Sharesave Scheme all as outlined in the circular dated 9 February 2001 sent to shareholders. All resolutions have immediate effect.

 

Mike Bottjer, Chairman said "I am delighted that our shareholders have approved the change of the Group name to Interserve Plc and whilst it is sad to see the old name go, we have moved on and the new name represents our transformation into a support services group.  We will now extend the use of this name even further across our operating activities".
