Appointment of Director

Interserve Plc, the infrastructure and facilities management group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Leslie Cullen as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 October 2005.

Les is currently a non-executive director of Avis Europe Plc and DTZ Holdings Plc and has previously held the post of Group Finance Director at De La Rue Plc, Inchcape Plc and Prudential Plc.
