    Notification under Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended)Please note that on 22nd November 2006, Interserve Plc (the “Company”) was notified that Vidacos Nominees Limited, on behalf of Standard Life Investments Limited and certain of its subsidiary companies, disposed of 765,961 shares.; Vidacos Nominees consequently now have a material interest in 3,651,636 ordinary shares of 10p each representing 2.953% of the issued share capital of the Company, and therefore no longer have a notifiable interest in the shares of Interserve Plc.

  3. Interserve consortium chosen for £220m Leeds Building Schools for the Future

    The Interserve-led consortium Environments for Learning (E4L) has been named Proposed Preferred Bidder by Leeds City Council under the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme. Interserve's consortium partners are Mott MacDonald and Barclays Private Equity.

  1. Interserve wins £40m pilot NHS Procure Scotland contract at Fife

    Interserve, the services, maintenance and building group, has been awarded the first pilot project for NHS Procure Scotland. The award by NHS Fife Board is worth over £40 million and involves work at two major hospitals in Fife: Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy and Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.

  2. Interserve consortium preferred bidder for Corsham defence PFI

    Inteq, a consortium of Interserve, the services, maintenance and building group, and John Laing, has been named preferred bidder on the MoD’s Corsham PFI project. Interserve will provide facilities management services worth £180 million over the 25-year operational period.

  3. Interserve consortium reaches financial close on Holy Cross College PPP

    Interserve, the services, maintenance and building group, and its consortium partner O'Hare & McGovern Limited have reached financial close on the PPP contract to create and operate the new Holy Cross College in Strabane, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
