Please note that on 17th November 2006, Interserve Plc (the “Company”) was notified that Vidacos Nominees Limited, on behalf of Standard Life Investments Limited and certain of its subsidiary companies, disposed of 326,725 shares and now have a notifiable interest of 4,644,163 ordinary shares of 10p each representing 3.756% of the issued share capital of the Company.
