Director's Disclosure - Listing Rule 9.6.13R

Further to the announcement made on 16 December 2008 regarding the appointment of David Thorpe as a non-executive director of Interserve Plc (the 'Company'), the Company confirms that there are no details to be disclosed under UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.13R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.

As required by the Listing Rules, a schedule giving details of all directorships held by Mr Thorpe in other publicly-quoted companies at any time in the previous five years is set out below:
