Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 4,512,033 Ordinary shares of 10p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.The Block listings consist of 1,111,792 shares to be issued under the Executive Share Option Plan and 3,400,241 shares to be issued under the 2002 Executive Share Option Scheme.

Interserve wins five-year airports contract with BAA

The Industrial Services division of Interserve, the infrastructure and facilities management group, has been awarded a contract for projects and maintenance services by BAA plc estimated to be worth £10 million a year over an initial five years with the option of a two-year extension.

Interserve Plc and MacLellan Group Plc - Publication of Documents

On 2 May 2006, the boards of Interserve and MacLellan announced that agreement had been reached between them on the terms of a recommended proposal for the acquisition by Interserve, for cash (with a Loan Note alternative) and shares, of the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of MacLellan and the acquisition by Interserve, for cash, of the entire issued convertible preference share capital of MacLellan.; It is intended that the Acquisition will be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement of MacLellan under section 425 of the Companies Act.
