Interserve is a large group and operates through a number of divisions and subsidiary companies. The A-Z list in the left hand menu, which does not include dormant companies, identifies:

• the principal legal entities
• the UK registered numbers (where appropriate)
• the proportion of Interserve's interest
• the division with which they are associated
• whether they are operating or non-trading entities

Although we endeavour to keep the list up to date, it is intended for guidance only and should not be relied upon in any legal undertakings.
