Interserve supports its customers in delivering an environment that is clean, safe and operated efficiently. We provide cleaning support to commercial offices, corporate headquarters, hospitals, retail stores and retail parks, business parks, industrial facilities, grade II listed buildings, leisure centres, schools, universities and pharmaceutical premises.
We use business-improvement tools such as live service performance auditing, performance reviews, incentivisation schemes, feedback loops, benchmarking, suggestion schemes and performance dashboards to ensure that our staff are fully engaged and appreciate the importance of the service we deliver.
Our sustainable cleaning services continually provide clients with an innovative range of cleaning products that seek to not only reduce the impact on the environment, but offer clear cost savings by creating highly concentrated products that outlast those of their competitors, combined with the economies of scale that our central procurement capability generates we can continually drive savings and offer best value. We have pioneered the use of microfibre materials in appropriate clinical environments.

We have a unit specialising in window cleaning. With its highly trained operatives, wide range of specialist equipment and strong management team, we offer one of the most proficient window cleaning services available in the UK.
All operatives are directly employed, receive extensive training and have the drive and ambition to work with clients to develop system and process improvements to bring added value to their organisation. Our equipment includes our own bespoke water-fed pole system, an extensive range of access equipment and a broad fleet of vehicles.
Alongside our traditional window cleaning services, we have a team of rope access specialists who deliver a number of alternative services in areas traditionally perceived as inaccessible.
