Our modern, 8,200 square metre mechanical and pipework fabrication facility, based just off the M53 in Ellesmere Port, enables us to provide cost-effective fabrication to the highest standards of safety and quality.
The space and layout are purpose-built for high-volume, off-site fabrication and the adjacent large laydown area makes our facility ideally suited to medium and large projects requiring a high throughput of pipe spools and associated engineering.
Our two covered fabrication bays are well suited to the segregation of carbon, stainless and alloy materials, together with clean-shop conditions for orbital welding of sterile and hygiene pipework. We also have the flexibility to expand into adjacent units as work loads fluctuate.
