They require highly professional security officers to manage all aspects of security whilst maintaining excellent customer service and front-of-house standards. For those organisations which occupy landmark buildings or which have a particularly high profile, the risks may be such that the security provision has to include advanced capabilities. Interserve, with its highly sophisticated range of S1® security management services, is the provider of choice in these circumstances.

All Interserve officers are fully vetted and trained to nationally recognised standards. Our vetting is in line with procedures laid down in BS 7858, which requires submission of a full five-year work history.

We specialise in major event security at world-famous venues ranging from Premier League and international football matches, pop concerts and conferences through international art exhibitions, auctions and ‘VIP invitation’ parties and prestigious corporate events. We provide security at Wembley Stadium where, among many other events, we played a key role in managing a capacity crowd of almost 90,000 at the inaugural FA Cup final and the 63,000 audience at the concert in celebration of the life of Diana, Princess of Wales.

Event security is a specialist area that often includes royalty, national and international politicians and business leaders, as well as the public at large, all of whom expect to enjoy their visit to the full. Accordingly we conduct extensive site surveys and design our service to meet the particular requirements of each event.

We undertake specialist training to deliver the exceptional level of teamwork, leadership and effective communications that we believe are critical to the management of large crowds that major events entail.

Interserve stewards and security personnel guards are highly professional and skilled in crowd management and first aid and are experienced at working with the police and local councils to ensure that all events are managed safely and successfully.

Interserve provides a full range of electronic fire and security products and services to help customers benefit from a safe environment, secure property and protected assets. Our in-depth understanding and knowledge of specific market sectors enables us to create bespoke solutions that include:

• Panic attack alarms conforming to all the latest legislation and standards, designed to provide continuous, reliable protection for people, property and assets.
