We work in partnership with government, employers, Local Enterprise Partnerships, employers and Job Centre Plus to deliver improved workforce skills for our partners, customers and learners.
Over the last year, we have successfully supported over 7,000 apprentices, provided training to over 3,000 employers, delivered independent advice and guidance to over 1,000 schools and since 2011, we have helped over 30,000 people into sustainable employment.
SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH SKILLS AND OPPORTUNITIES
We help individuals and organisations at various stages on the career and work journey, from a 16-year-old choosing a vocational education pathway, through to senior managers looking to advance their career through professional development.
We also provide expert support for individuals from disadvantaged groups, the long-term unemployed, young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities and people with healthcare needs that might be seen as a barrier in the workplace.
As well as our own professional and dedicated workforce, we also have a trusted network of specialist partners to ensure we meet the individual needs of our learners and employers.
The joint third largest supplier of the Work Programme, the government’s flagship policy to reduce long term unemployment.
