The Board is led by Glyn Barker, non-executive Chairman, and has four executive and five non-executive directors. Debbie White is the Chief Executive.
Glyn was appointed non-executive director of Interserve on 1 January 2016 and Chairman on 1 March 2016.
Debbie joined Interserve as Chief Executive in September 2017 after spending 13 years at Sodexo where she was CEO of Global Healthcare and Government.
Mark joined Interserve as Chief Financial Officer in October 2017 having most recently spent four years at Premier Farnell in senior financial roles.
Russell joined Interserve as a non-executive director on 1 September 2014 and was appointed as Senior Independent Director on 12 May 2015.
Anne was appointed as non-executive director of Interserve on 1 January 2013. Anne is a former Chief Financial Officer of BP’s Aviation Fuels business.
Nick was appointed as non-executive director of Interserve on 1 August 2014. He brings a wealth of experience from a number of senior roles.
Gareth’s expertise is in corporate legal matters and has extensive experience as an advisor to Boards and CEOs in a range of public and private companies.
Nicholas has extensive experience as an advisor to boards in a range of public and private companies on their strategy and wider business issues.
