The Board is led by Alan Lovell, non-executive Chairman, and has three executive and four non-executive directors. Debbie White is the Chief Executive.

Chairman: Alan Lovell

Alan joined the Board as Chairman in July 2019.

Chief Executive: Debbie White

Debbie joined Interserve as Chief Executive in September 2017 after spending 13 years at Sodexo where she was CEO of Global Healthcare and Government. 

Chief Financial Officer: Mark Morris

Mark joined Interserve as Chief Financial Officer in September 2019.

Company Secretary - Andy McDonald

Andy joined Interserve as General Counsel and Company Secretary in June 2018.

Non-Exec Director: Nicholas Pollard

Nicholas has extensive experience as an advisor to boards in a range of public and private companies on their strategy and wider business issues.

Non-Executive Director: Ken Hanna

Ken Hanna joined the Board as a non-executive director and Chairman of our equipment services business, RMD Kwikform on 2 September 2019.

Non-Exec Director: Edward Wildblood
