Our in-house Occupational Health (OH) team deliver a programme of health surveillance for our employees who have been assessed as being at high risk to specific hazards in the workplace. The health surveillance programme aims to provide assurance that such hazards are being adequately controlled, and highlights any lapses in workplace control measures to detect any ill- health effects at an early stage. In parallel with the health surveillance programme is an ongoing programme of health assessments for those employees working within safety critical roles.
In addition to employee OH programmes, Interserve publishes also on Social Media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube etc., the various Health and Wellbeing programmes developed by the Interserve OH Team. By placing these programmes in the public domain, it is Interserve’s intention to share and raise awareness of Health and Wellbeing across as wide a population as possible.
