TRAINING AND UPSKILLING THE NEXT GENERATION OF UK PROFESSIONALS

TRAIN, DEVELOP AND RETAIN

We are training the next generation of facilities management, construction and engineering professionals through apprenticeships and vocational studies.

We employ over 700 apprentices each year across the UK within our Construction, Support Services and RMD Kwikform divisions. Our apprentices are training and upskilling in a range of qualifications, from entry level administration through to project management and leadership, and more technical skills such as electrical, engineering and facilities management.

Our apprentices work directly beside fully qualified and experienced employees, ensuring we’re always training our future business professionals.

Whether you’re looking to change your employer or career, or take your first step into the world of employment, we may have an opportunity waiting for you. Visit our careers hub to find out more.

In the meantime, take a look below at what our apprentices have to say about learning while earning with Interserve.

Are you an employer?

Our dedicated Interserve Learning and Employment (ILE) team offers apprenticeships and adult learning and development programmes across the UK. They support over 7,000 people each year to develop their professional skills. So whether you’re looking to upskill your team or gain a higher qualification for yourself, visit our ILE website for more information.

If you’re a large employer, we can support you to understand and maximise the Apprenticeship Levy. For smaller employers and SME’s, we will work with you to deliver sector-specific apprenticeships to ensure your people are suitably skilled.
