What you will be doing

The programme has a strong customer service focus with a business operations emphasis and will enable you to gain 'hands-on' experience in client liaison, business management, account management and facilities management.

You will receive invaluable commercial and operational experience whilst also making a difference to the divisions in which you work, covering key business areas such as: Day-to-day operations relating to our clients, contracts and business processes, QSHE (Health and Safety), Environmental Services and Commercial, as well as gaining an understanding and appreciation for HR, Finance and Business Development.

Your development

  • Behind the programme is a structured development plan on both a cohort and individual level

  • We provide mentoring and coaching

  • You are encouraged to actively participate in shaping your own development and can influence your placement rotations

What you need to succeed

  • 2:2 degree or above in a business related degree

  • A desire to deliver the best level of service for your clients

  • An inquisitive nature to truly understand your clients drivers and needs

  • Great communication skills and the ability to work at all levels

  • Commercial awareness and focus

  • Being able to innovate and offer solutions

  • A desire to challenge the conventional

  • A driving license and the flexibility and commitment to relocate across the UK depending on client contract and location.
