What you'll be doing

You will have the opportunity to work with and make an impact on our diverse client base, ranging from prestigious defence and high profile government contracts through to national blue chip corporate and retail clients.

Our Facilities Management Engineering Graduate Programme has a number of different focuses depending on your discipline including Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering as well as Quantity Surveying. Our programme will enable you to gain 'hands-on' experience across a multi faceted client base. You will develop and further your existing knowledge and skills within your chosen discipline, whilst gaining new skills and experiences providing you with everything you need to become a technical professional and leader of the future.

You will receive invaluable technical, commercial and operational experience, covering key business areas such as: Day-to-day operations relating to our clients, contracts and business processes, QSHE (Health and Safety), Environmental Services and Commercial, as well as gaining an understanding and appreciation for HR, Finance and Business Development.

Your development

  • Behind the programme is a structured development plan on both a cohort and individual level

  • We provide mentoring, coaching and a buddy who will be one of our graduates

  • You are encouraged to actively participate in shaping your own development and can influence your placement rotations

  • You will also have the opportunity to attend a range of training workshops and undertake e-learning modules
