You will be assisting in the management of costs relating to construction projects to ensure overall financial success of a project. Assisting in the commercial management on a number of trade packages across a project.

What you will be doing

We offer design and construction for building, mechanical and electrical installation, formwork and falsework across the globe. And have been doing so for nearly 100 years, with one construction project completed every day for the last 85 years!

Our 3 year Civil Engineering programme gives you real responsibility on real projects. While this isn’t a rotational programme, you may need to move projects either because of its stage in the lifecycle or to broaden your development. This means you could be based anywhere in the UK and should be prepared to relocate.

Your development 

You will receive a comprehensive programme covering technical, health and safety and leadership/management training equating to around 20 days training per annum.

We actively encourage and support you to achieved chartered status with RICS, ICE or CIOB dependent upon your specialism.
