We are a diverse organisation and offer a wide range of apprenticeship programmes. You may have decided that University is not the right option for you and would prefer to work whilst studying. Entry requirements

Every programme we offer has its own specific entry requirements. Prior work experience is not a necessity but we do look for enthusiasm, commitment and a drive to succeed in your chosen programme and career. Graduate Programmes

Our structured Graduate Development Programme is available to talented, ambitious graduates who are self-starters and have completed and achieved a minimum of a 2:2 degree and want to pursue a career in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

In return we will offer you a supportive working environment, a competitive salary and benefits package, a structured training programme and access to longer term career opportunities.

The programme gives you real responsibility on a variety of projects and provides you with practical on-the-job experience to apply your theory and knowledge into real life situations.

You will be part of a comprehensive development programme and positively encouraged and supported to achieve professional membership of the relevant institution for your chosen career.

Entry requirements

  • A minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant degree to the programme you are applying for.
  • Have a full UK driving licence and the flexibility and commitment to relocate across the UK depending on projects.
