The project involved the total replacement of all of the MEP services to this 11,000 square metre building which was used as the Westminster Hospital until the 1960's and then recently as home for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The refurbished 11 storey building provides additional contemporary office space for fashion label Burberry, whose headquarters are just across the road.

Mechanical and electrical services included four pipe fan coil system, fire alarm, security packages, lighting control and standby generators and UPS systems. The BREEAM 'Excellent' rated project utilised a combined heat and power system as well as photovoltaic system. The building was successfully handed over in June 2013.
