Interserve SustainAbilities report 2015: making sustainability the norm
We have launched our annual SustainAbilities Progress Update, reporting on a year of great progress delivering our ambitious goals across the Interserve group.

For us, the most important thing is that SustainAbilities is increasingly integrated with our operations. It is the way we do business, how we behave, what we seek to achieve from our working lives; it is not an additional project, or box to tick. We were very pleased that this alignment with business-as-usual was recognised in February 2016 when we received the prestigious PLC Award for ‘Achievement in Sustainability’.
This is a testimony to the hard work, inspiration and enthusiasm of people across the business delivering against the plan. It also reflects the vision and commitment of our business leaders who recognise that the case for sustainability is a compelling one – helping us manage risk, reduce costs, enhance our brand and build new relationships. Because, behind all of the impressive facts and figures, this is really a story about people. About how our people across the world are going to extraordinary lengths to make a difference for their customers or in their communities. And how all of this activity makes Interserve a better place to work and a better partner to work with.
