Seize opportunities

“I really do think that completing my apprenticeship was my wisest choice since leaving school.”

Kairon Flowers became an apprentice bid coordinator at Interserve Learning & Employment (ILE) before completing her apprenticeship and being made a deputy line manager.

Kairon enjoys the fast paced environment in which she works and the fact that no two days are ever the same. Kairon, who was last year named the ‘Yorkshire & Humber Advanced Apprentice of the Year’, now mentors a new apprentice and is working on ILE’s apprenticeship levy team.
