Anthony Williams, is an apprentice heating and ventilation engineer, working on the project to build Ingenuity House, Interserve’s new Midlands hub in Birmingham.

In the video, Anthony explains how the trust placed in him by his managers – especially being given the responsibility to be the sole user of Trimble’s optical and laser construction tools on the project – has helped him thrive and discover the drive to succeed and progress within Interserve.
