Our Project team explains the complexities of constructing this pre-cast concrete frame building in a tight city centre location. Modern construction techniques were used to manufacture the frame and external walls including all bricks off-site.
See how over 2,400 precast units were delivered just in time and assembled using tower crane at a rate of 1 floor every 2 weeks. At the time of recording Level 16 was under construction including window installation on Level 11 using mast climbers whilst completing the internal stud walling on the Level 10 and finished apartments on Level 01 & 02. All this without the roof on!
