How do I submit a news story?

We are always looking for stories to help bring the amazing work we do to life. Simply email your story internal.comms@interserve.com.

Some examples of news we’d love to hear from you include:

  • Going above and beyond
    Help to recognise team players who have demonstrated inspirational performance.

  • Positive client testimonials
    Has a contractor, customer or client given you some good feedback? Share it with us.

  • Behind the scenes on site
    Videos, stories and anecdotes that help bring our employees and services to life.

  • Ingenuity at work
    Descriptions of innovations or initiatives which help to improve customer service, reduce cost or streamline processes.

  • Local sustainable initiatives
    Describe the initiative and quantifiable outcome in full.

  • Contract wins and project milestones
    Ensure all acronyms and contracts are described in full, including the contract start date, number of employees, total worth and full description of services.

  • External awards and achievements
    Send us full details of the award and background of the project nominated.

  • Health and safety best practice
    Examples of positive health and safety behaviours, initiatives, or targets which have been met.
