Stroma launches Inspirational Leaders programme with Interserve

Stroma launches Inspirational Leaders programme with InterserveStroma Group has teamed up with Interserve Learning & Employment (ILE) to deliver its 2019 Inspirational Leaders programme, an Operational Departmental Manager Level 5 ILM qualification for staff across the Stroma UK wide operation.

The Stroma Group delivers a wide range of environmental sustainability and compliance services to the construction industry. Their four specialist divisions unite experts in building control, building performance and compliance, certification, software and infrastructure maintenance services. Working across the UK, Stroma is highly experienced working across all sectors and on major multi-million pound projects.

Interserve will deliver a bespoke, two-year training plan branded the ‘Inspirational Leaders 2019 Development Programme.’ Not only will the training support employees’ career progression but it will also help support Stroma Group and its ongoing people strategy. The programme uses Stroma Group’s apprenticeship levy, complimenting a number of other learning and development work streams which Stroma will be launching in 2019.

Interserve and Stroma work in partnership to ensure employees are fully trained and supported throughout the programme to deliver a training plan, complementing the company’s high standards and excellent customer service.
