Interserve selected for £60m North East Lincolnshire Council framework

Interserve Group Limited, the international support services, construction and equipment group, has been selected by North East Lincolnshire Council for its Technical Design Services framework.

The £60m framework runs for four years and covers new build projects, extensions and refurbishments to council’s offices, public buildings, maintained schools and academies, and its leisure portfolio, including swimming pools and libraries.

Interserve has been appointed to Lots 2, 3 and 5, covering construction works up to the OJEU threshold and heritage works up to £2m.

Interserve has a strong delivery pedigree within the region having previously delivered the £8.5m Grimsby Leisure Centre project for the authority, providing modern new sports and wellbeing facilities.
