Working in partnership with you, we offer a commitment to invest in your future by aligning our expertise, self-delivered services and resources to meet your goals.
Our expertise is our ability to drive service performance and deliver competitive solutions in a demanding and dynamic sector.
WE ARE NUCLEAR READY
Our project management, fabrication and quality management skills are amply demonstrated through our involvement with the largest nuclear project in the UK – Evaporator D at Sellafield.
To further evidence our unrivalled expertise, we are delivering total facilities
management solutions in partnership with Magnox, the company responsible for operating ten of the UK’s nuclear power stations.
Our constant and ever-changing involvement in the nuclear industry means we understand its required specifications and standards. Through innovation and intelligent thinking, we work to exceed and improve them today and every day.
Our preparation and commitment to meet future demands is evident in our continual investment in our fabrication facilities. We’re already capable of the high levels of manufacturing output demanded by the next generation of nuclear power stations, as well as the decommissioning of the old.
TRAINING FOR THE FUTURE
The next generation of nuclear power stations has the potential to provide the UK with a secure supply of low-carbon fuel for decades to come. The construction of new plants – and the decommissioning of ageing facilities – will also generate jobs. However, finding highly-skilled workers on this scale will prove hugely challenging for the nuclear industry.
To help meet demand, Interserve’s apprentice scheme is bringing much-needed talent into the sector and our acclaimed collaboration with local businesses provides access to the skills and innovation of smaller suppliers – while generating opportunities for local small and medium enterprises.
